• Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Sale items or items purchased with a promotional code are strictly exchange-only and cannot be refunded.

How to Return

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at sales@ameercollection.store with your Order ID and reason for return. Our team will provide you with the return shipping address.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
